Job summary

Camden Rockport Elementary School in Rockport, ME seeks an Ed Tech III to support a K-4 Composite Resource Program. The role includes small-group instruction, implementing IEPs, and assisting in both regular and special education settings.

The position runs 7:15am–2:45pm, 189 days per year (prorated). Benefits include health and dental insurance, paid holidays, sick and personal days, FSA, and a 403(b) plan.

Qualifications

• Maine Ed Tech III authorization preferred; Ed Tech II rate if not.
• Special education experience preferred.
• Background check including fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to implement student IEPs.
• Collect data and implement behavior plans across settings.
• Support students in general and special education settings (1:1 or small groups).
• Assist on playground, lunch, bus, and nonacademic times.
• Design and provide instruction in academics and executive functioning with the teacher.
