Deliver specialized instruction in the resource classroom
Incorporate Reading by Design strategies to teach dyslexia
Collaborate with staff to develop individualized education plans
Manage classroom activities and behavior
Assess student progress and adjust instruction
Standard educational degree or equivalent
Certification in Special Education; Reading by Design certification is a plus
Minimum 1 year experience in a school setting
Familiarity with resource classroom instruction and special education strategies
Strong communication, organization, and adaptability skills
Ability to work effectively with diverse student needs
Background check and compliance with facility standards
Must be able to work days, 40 hours per week
