Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, seeks an assistant teacher to support K-12 students needing extra supports. You will assist with small groups, implement SESI’s instructional model, and collaborate with teachers to tailor behavior and academic support, tracking progress and outcomes.

The role emphasizes a collaborative environment, ongoing professional development, and a commitment to inclusive education across SESI’s national network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college experience or bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• Experience working with students with special needs in an educational setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse group of students from varying backgrounds.
• Lead small group instruction and implement SESI’s instructional model.
• Partner with the teacher to provide customized support and assessments.
• Reinforce learning and track student progress with data and tasks.
• Assist with large group activities and accommodations as needed.
• Support, document, and track student growth toward goals.
