Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare instructional materials under teacher direction to support IEP objectives.
• Instruct individual students and small groups and assist with IEP accommodations.
• Support development of motor skills and assist with instructional/physical activities.
• Assist in recording academic, behavioral, and administrative data.
• Assist students with physical needs including transferring and positioning.
• Help students with self-help and personal care tasks.
• Support behavior management per IEPs or BIPs as directed.
• Monitor and support students throughout the day in all settings.
