Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Special Care Aide in Ardmore, OK for PRN work with a flexible schedule. You will provide personal care, assist with activities of daily living, and support clients across multiple visits in their homes.

We value compassionate, dependable caregivers who can travel within the service area, communicate clearly with clients and branch teams, and adapt to changing assignments. Prior caregiving experience and required certifications are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required where state regulations apply.
• Six months of experience caring for elderly or disabled individuals.
• Home Health Aide / Personal Care Aide / CNA / MA or similar certification where required.
• Basic tech skills and comfort with mobile apps and electronic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
• Prepare meals and assist with daily living activities.
• Perform housekeeping and household support tasks.
• Assist with errands and transportation as appropriate.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition and maintain visit records.
