The Greater Philadelphia YMCA is seeking a Swim Lesson Instructor to provide aquatic instruction and ensure the safety of participants. The Swim Lesson Instructor (or Instructor Aide) is responsible for working in the water, assisting in conducting aquatic instruction for members and participants. Providing support and encouragement to assist students in learning to swim. Always Ensuring safety and cleanliness of pool area and adherence to all YMCA Aquatic Safety Standards.
Following employment, the Greater Philadelphia YMCA will cover the cost of the training and training hours required to secure YMCA Swim Lesson Certification. Successful completion of this certification will result in increased compensation.
