  • Responsible for cycle counts for AS & SS divisions.
  • Identify problems and establish countermeasures and corrective action.
  • Develop and audit Standard Work Instructions for Raw Material Planning.
  • Determine cost-effective inbound freight and expedite freight as needed.
  • Schedule inbound and outbound freight.
  • Ensure EMS / QMS procedures are followed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.

Description

Maintain material inventory at min / max levels by calculating demand, usage, & scrap. Create and send forecasts, and weekly releases to suppliers

Responsibilities
  • Maintain material inventory at min / max levels by calculating demand, usage, & scrap. Create and send forecasts, and weekly releases to suppliers
  • Maintain accurate data input into integrated computer system to support material supply and demand
  • Responsible for cycle counts for AS & SS divisions
  • Responsible for assisting and identifying potential problems or abnormal conditions and establishing countermeasures and corrective action
  • Develop, maintain and audit all required Standard Work Instructions that pertain to Raw Material Planning that support TGASK, ISO, IATF16949 and MMOG requirements.
  • Responsible for determining most cost effective method for inbound freight and expedite freight as required to support production.
  • Schedule inbound and outbound freight as necessary
  • Ensure EMS / QMS procedures are followed in performance of job duties
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervision
