The Mission & Mandate

You won't just be typing words; you will be managing the psychological architecture of our ads:

• Author High‑Yield Assets: Draft mesmerizing advertorials and long‑form sales copy for D2C wellness, skincare, and nutrition brands (think joint supplements, anti‑aging solutions, and functional drinks). Your target audience is 45+, highly critical, and has been let down by other brands—your pen must earn their trust and close the deal.
• Deconstruct Buying Motives: Mine golden insights by auditing customer feedback, Reddit threads, support tickets, and raw ad data. You extract the true, deep‑seated emotional pain points and forge them into unmissable hooks.
• Co‑Pilot with AI Pipelines: Utilize our proprietary AI drafting engines to handle the heavy lifting of structural layouts, then apply your elite human editing skills to refine the copy. The final piece must read flawlessly (lazy, unpolished AI outputs are strictly banned).
• Decode the Creative Math: Read and react to your own metrics. If an advertorial's CTR drops, you don't panic—you instantly diagnose whether the hook, lead, or angle is missing the mark, and deploy a fresh iteration within 24 hours.

The Requirements
