Qualifikationen

• 9 months experience in SPD or Surgery
• Preferred: 2 years’ experience in SPD or Surgery
• CRCST or CBSPD licensure; CHL must be obtained within 2 years of hire

Aufgaben

• Monitors daily SPD operations and ensures staff compliance with policies and procedures
• Oversees productivity and quality of work for the shift
• Assists SPD Manager with budget monitoring
• Participates in planning for future needs and project implementation
• Assesses and troubleshoots safety, instrument and equipment issues
• Establishes professional rapport with medical, nursing and other staff
• Assumes department responsibilities in the SPD Manager's absence
