Job summary

Enbridge is seeking an Environmental Engineer to support our SPCC program across US Gas Transmission and Midstream operations. You will ensure federal and state compliance while driving consistency and operational excellence.

The role blends field and office work and partners with operations to safeguard people and the environment. Required: Engineering degree with PE licensure or ability to obtain; at least four years of SPCC-related inspection experience; familiarity with SPCC regulations;

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with PE certification and ability to obtain licensure in states Enbridge operates.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience, including hands-on SPCC site inspections.
• Knowledge of SPCC regulations and related state regs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and certify SPCC plans for assets.
• Coordinate site visits and inspections to ensure SPCC compliance.
• Migrate SPCC plans into SmartPlan and manage SPCC plan updates.
• Coordinate third-party consultants and ensure safety program compliance.
• Provide SPCC interpretation and liaise on related state regulations.
• Update Maximo/Enablon for tracking tasks and findings.
