Job summary

You will analyze data, drive improvements, and ensure quality through root-cause analysis and corrective actions, leveraging your experience in semiconductor packaging and data science.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in semiconductor packaging, substrate development or processing engineering.
• Legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Proficiency with quality management software and MS Office applications.
• Previous SPC personnel experience at Samsung Semiconductor or SK Hynix QE/QC.
