- Experience with high-throughput microscopes and spatial genomics workflows.
- Ability to maintain detailed experimental records and communicate results clearly.
Responsibilities
- Run high-throughput spatial genomics workflows on tissue sections.
- Perform quality control and data analysis of spatial datasets.
- Maintain instruments and organize experimental metadata across projects.
- Document procedures and contribute to SOPs.
