Harvard Medical School’s LSP-TPS Core Facility seeks a Research Assistant II to join an interdisciplinary team of biomedical scientists and software engineers. You will learn and perform spatial profiling assays on human tissue samples and model organisms, while gaining experience with AI-assisted data processing.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Perform spatial profiling assays and imaging following established protocols.
• Prepare and submit libraries for sequencing (NGS).
• Conduct quality control on antibodies and reagents.
• Train core users in routine workflows after training.
• Collect, process, and summarize experimental data for users.
• Maintain electronic lab notebook with accurate records.
• Create/update protocols and assist in experimental design.
• Maintain lab supplies and interface with vendors.
• Assist with simple clerical tasks and core invoicing under supervision.
