This role requires a Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or a related field, plus 2+ years of lab experience and strong attention to detail to follow established protocols and troubleshoot as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or related life science field.
• 2+ years of laboratory research experience with hands-on exposure to basic experimental techniques.
• Strong scientific principles and experimental design with attention to detail; ability to follow established protocols and troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and manage and execute experiments in a timely manner.
• Proficiency with standard lab equipment and data analysis tools such as Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supports product development by executing routine testing and analyzing data.
• Maintains R&D laboratory instrumentation and prepares experimental pilots.
• Collaborates with R&D and cross-functional teams to address project needs.
• Communicates study results through clear protocols and reports.
