Spartanburg SC Production Operator

MISSION: Operate and monitor the operations of a machine, which may involve several positions, producing semi-finished products.
Ensure production, quality, and perform first-level maintenance on the machines according to internal customer workshop needs.
Monitor the condition and performance of equipment, analyze abnormalities, implement corrective actions when possible, and suggest solutions for continuous improvement.

Successful candidates should be willing to work rotating shifts to support our 24/7 operation. Previous forklift experience is a plus but not required.
