Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth, TX seeks an Operations Analyst - Level 2 to support the Sustainment Spares Modeling and Demand Planning Team. You will collaborate with internal teams and customers to plan spares needs, develop supply modeling, and implement data-driven solutions for readiness.

The role emphasizes data analysis, continuous improvement, and coordinating forecasting inputs to adjust models and forecasts, with opportunities for engagement with customers and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Demonstrated experience in inventory management, forecasting, or data analysis.
• Understanding of Supply Chain Principles (i.e. managing cost, schedule, budget, supplier relationship management)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across internal teams and with external customers to assess and plan for spares needs that support mission readiness.
• Work with customers to understand their requirements.
• Conduct performance deep-dives and provide data-driven recommendations for quick, informed decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process automation solutions and efficiency enhancements.
