• Create working instructions and procedures for warehouse staff.
• Ensure access to spare parts for production staff during normal and overtime periods.
• Propose spare parts budget to Plant/Production manager and monitor inventory.
• Improve inventory accuracy with cycle counts, root-cause analysis, and action plans.
• Track obsolescence and non-rotating stock; propose disposition actions.
• Define spare parts procurement strategy considering cost, lead time, and equipment criticality.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for spare parts management.
