Fusion Academy is a fully accredited 1-to-1 private school for grades 5–12. As a Spanish Teacher, you’ll have the flexibility to shape your schedule, design creative lessons, and collaborate with passionate colleagues.

Our diverse team of lifelong learners shares a mission to personalize education for every student — academically, socially, and emotionally. Not all campuses serve grades 4 and 5, details shared during interview.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or a teaching credential is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to teach Spanish course, levels 1-5, with provided curriculum.
• Experience with diverse learners, including differences, neurodiversity, and mental health needs.
• Mentoring experience and passion for social-emotional learning.
• Outgoing, adaptable, and thrive in a student-centered environment.
• Tech-savvy, curious about innovation, and open to new tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Growth mindset with flexibility to pivot and problem-solve as needed.
• Florida residents require level 2 background screening.
