Your Wireless is hiring for a Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Bayonne, NJ. You will educate customers on Verizon products, guide them through the purchase process, and strive to deliver an outstanding experience while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail selling and customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products, and customer service.
• Ability to travel to various locations in the district as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Flexible schedule; able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Create the ideal customer experience for each customer, daily.
• Assist new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educate customers on all Verizon products and services offered.
• Meet and exceed location production standards.
• Handle customer situations to fully satisfy needs.
• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager as required.
• Complete all required training as directed by Your Wireless and Verizon.
• Set an example of professional conduct and support career growth.
• Develop professional skills for future advancement opportunities.
