Job summary

Nevada Democratic Coordinated Campaign is seeking a Deputy Voter Protection Director in Las Vegas, NV to implement a comprehensive plan ensuring able voting access for all eligible Nevadans. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 cycles of experience working in voter protection.
• Experience in organizing or other campaign roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or support volunteer leaders in Nevada, serving as county liaisons and observers.
• Build and maintain relationships with election officials, community leaders, and volunteers.
• Monitor local election administration developments and advocate to expand voting access.
• Identify and resolve obstacles encountered by voters, from individual issues to systemic ones.
• Develop expertise on state voting and election law; ensure accurate voting information is accessible.
• Support voter education efforts, including creating materials and engaging with local organizations.
• Additional duties as assigned by the Voter Protection Director.
