Job summary

Nevada State Democratic Party is seeking a Field Organizer in Nevada to execute voter contact programs and mobilize volunteers across districts. You will recruit and train volunteers for canvassing, phone banking, text banking, and relational organizing to support Democratic campaigns.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, Spanish or other languages, and the ability to work nontraditional hours. You will live/work in Las Vegas, NV, with an hourly pay and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Volunteer, internship, advocacy, or organizing experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-cultural collaboration.
• Spanish or additional language skills preferred.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Execute voter contact programs including canvassing, phone/text banking, and relational organizing.
• Recruit, train, and manage volunteers for programs and events.
• Prepare materials, scripts, and resources for outreach activities.
• Support early vote and Election Day organizing efforts.
• Meet daily/weekly goals for voter contact and volunteer recruitment.
• Maintain data in VAN/VoteBuilder and report progress regularly.
