Express Employment Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk in South Pharr, TX. The role handles inbound and outbound shipments, maintains inventory accuracy, and collaborates across departments to improve logistics efficiency.

The position runs Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:30 pm with rotating Saturdays 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Work is performed on-site and requires fluent Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics certification is a plus.
• Must be able to read, write and speak Spanish fluently.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of goods and materials.
• Verify accuracy of incoming shipments against packing lists or bills of lading.
• Prepare and pack items for outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging and documentation.
• Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders to schedule pick-ups and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipping and receiving transactions.
• Update inventory systems with incoming and outgoing stock levels.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve discrepancies or issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency.
