Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn customer needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and recommend solutions for a top-down sales approach.
• Close sales with strong communication to meet customer needs.
• Develop skills through ongoing training across merchandising and inventory.
• Grow customer base with outbound calls and texts to current Verizon customers.
• Engage with local communities through off-site Verizon events.
