Job summary

Alignment Health is seeking a bilingual Spanish resolution specialist to join the member engagement team to provide member issue resolution. You will intake complex member cases, provide prompt, satisfactory resolutions, and reduce turnaround times while collaborating with other departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year healthcare experience or training; 3–4 years preferred.
• 1 year outbound call center experience or equivalent problem-solving inbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert in escalated member calls and resolve escalations.
• Identify process improvement opportunities within the member engagement team.
• Document real-time interactions and wrap-ups to support reporting and data integrity.
• Conduct outbound calls or receive inbound calls within department goals and adapt to member communication preferences.
