Job summary

Alignment Health is seeking a bilingual Spanish Resolution Specialist to join the member engagement team. You will intake complex member cases and provide prompt and satisfactory resolution, aiming to reduce turnaround times and improve resolution quality.

This role requires solid healthcare policy knowledge, strong analytic skills, and outstanding customer service to support policyholders, providers, and internal stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year healthcare experience or training; 3-4 years preferred.
• 1 year outbound call center experience or escalation/resolution exposure.
• Experience navigating Medicare Advantage or HMO benefits and authorizations.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required; other languages a plus.
• Solid communication and data entry abilities; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert on escalated member calls and resolve issues.
• Identify process improvements within the member engagement department.
• Know procedures, benefits, services to resolve inquiries.
• Make outbound and handle inbound calls within target timeframes.
• Collaborate with partners and other departments to aid member experience.
• Document data accurately and support outcomes reporting.
• Attend team meetings and trainings; comply with attendance policies.
• Assist with training of new hires through shadowing.
