Job summary

Circle Care Services seeks an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one‑on‑one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

Responsibilities include providing ABA therapy under supervision, following treatment plans, collecting session data, and sharing progress with the clinical team. Must hold an active RBT certification and be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Must be 18+ years old and have reliable transportation.
• Organized, dependable and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and report progress to the clinical team.
