Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs under BCBA supervision.

Afternoon hours with a Spanish-speaking requirement, flexible scheduling, and competitive pay of $20–$30 per hour integrate with our supportive onboarding and opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• High school diploma is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with your clinical team.
