Digestive Disease Consultants in Altamonte Springs, FL is seeking a dynamic, organized procedure scheduler to join our gastroenterology team. Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience as a procedure/surgical scheduler.
• Excellent customer service skills with patients, employees, and the providers.
• Good organizational skills.
• Multitask with accuracy and efficiency.
• Spanish speaker required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule procedures for outpatient surgical/hospital facilities and follow-up appointments.
• Schedule in-office procedures.
• Answer phones and assist patients.
• Scanning patient information into EMR.
• Provide patient education as indicated by the provider to patients.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Possibility of some travel between offices.
