Ideal candidates have 1+ year insurance experience, strong communication skills, and a MA Property & Casualty License or willingness to obtain one. PTO, health insurance, and retirement plans are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; business degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in the insurance industry.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain a MA Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Client Interaction: Provide a welcoming experience for personal lines clients.
• Policy Management: Assist with policy changes and renewals.
• Quoting and Sales: Generate quotes and explain policy options.
