Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with cash handling in a high-volume sales environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships and recommend bank products and services.
• Follow bank policies and supervisor directions.
• Achieve monthly new account production as assigned.
• Prospect in-store when needed.
• Process deposits and pay outs; balance daily operations.
• Receive cash/checks, verify amounts, and endorsements.
• Guard against counterfeit checks and IDs.
• Enter transactions and issue receipts.
• Sell money orders, cashier's checks, wires, and CDs.
• Process Western Union wires and cash advances.
• Cross-sell bank services to a diverse customer base (Spanish-speaking).
• Maintain regular attendance.
