Hourly Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 Based on Experience + Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for new clients, briefly explaining services and setting a warm, welcoming tone

  • Answer phones and manage daily correspondence in a courteous, professional manner

  • Assist with client scheduling and billing coordination

  • Maintain and update client information in the Practice Management System

  • Greet and check in visitors

  • Escalate client or referral source concerns to the Intake Coordinator

  • Respond to emails and referrals from community sources

  • Support the department with file maintenance, data entry, and special projects

  • Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and compassion in all communications

  • Maintain compliance with all Chrysalis Health policies, procedures, and standards of care

  • Uphold the organization’s mission and values in all daily work

Candidate Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative, customer service, or healthcare support experience
