Responsibilities

• Proactive ownership of cleaning the home and creating a cleaning schedule; homeowner does not want micromanagement.
• Routine deep-cleaning tasks such as kitchen deep cleans, window screen cleaning, and seasonal maintenance.
• The housekeeper notices what needs attention and plans accordingly.
• Laundry and household management, including family laundry, folding, and dry-cleaning logistics.
• Laundry is a significant part of the role, including drop-off/pick-up coordination.
• Outdoor space maintenance including rooftop garden.
• Oversee inventory.
• Making beds and general tidying in common areas.
• Keep the kitchen tidy, load/unload the dishwasher, take out the trash.
• Maintaining organization and creating new systems when needed.
• Coordinate with vendors, staff, and family members in a busy environment.
