Job summary

Practice is seeking an Education Champion to provide English Language Arts support to 6th-grade students in a focused, small-group setting. You will deliver individualized ELA instruction and help students build essential literacy and confidence.

You’ll work Tuesday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, earning $27–$30 per hour with a potential bonus of up to 10% of total program earnings. This role emphasizes equity and meaningful impact in education.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Currently pursuing or holding a degree with GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Ability to work with 6th-grade students.
