Job summary

Terros Health's Crisis Mobile Team provides crisis counseling via phone, walk-in, and in-home visits to diverse clients in the Phoenix area. The Developmental Disabilities Specialist role focuses on crisis response for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.

The position offers full-time hours (40 or 30) with Wed-Sat or Sun-Tues shifts, and a bilingual Spanish language differential is available. A strong candidate will be organized, compassionate, and self-starting.

Qualifications

• GED/High school diploma with BH experience (1.5+ years) or an Associate in BH.
• Bachelor’s degree (any field) with BH experience or a BH degree (MA, MSW, etc.).
• Arizona license or eligibility for Arizona license and driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to crisis calls and provide phone and face-to-face crisis counseling to individuals and families.
• Develop and support individual service plans and crisis planning.
• Administer emergency response and coordinate referrals and resources as needed.
