Position Overview:

The CNA/HHA works under the supervision of a Case Manager or Director of Nursing, providing resident care based on assessments and care plans. The role involves collaborating with licensed staff to ensure appropriate care and adhering to all policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong commitment to improving quality of life
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team including nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and leadership
• Desire to pursue further certifications and education
• Ability to work independently and closely with patients
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and/or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in the state of practice
• CPR certification
