Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Clifton-Secaucus is seeking a Spanish-speaking caregiver to provide compassionate in-home care and companionship to clients in our Hudson County service area.

Schedule is 12pm–4pm, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities include personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship, with support from a caring office team.

Must be fluent in Spanish and English; HHA or CNA certification preferred; reliable transportation is a plus.

We are currently seeking an Spanish-speaking caregiver to join our growing team and provide high-quality care and companionship to our clients. Schedule: 12pm - 4pm (Mon- Friday)

Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and meaningful social engagement
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (as needed)
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Provide medication reminders
• Accompany clients to appointments or activities when appropriate
• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and office staffDeliver reliable, compassionate care while maintaining professionalism

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in Spanish and English
• Active HHA or CNA certification preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Reliable transportation is a plus
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
