Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Clifton-Secaucus is seeking an Italian-speaking caregiver to provide companionship and high-quality home healthcare to clients in Bloomfield, Clifton, and surrounding Hudson County communities. The role supports adults to stay safe and independent at home, with care plans tailored to individual needs.

The position offers weekday daytime shifts (8:30am–3:30pm or 9am–4pm), competitive pay with direct deposit, paid orientation, flexible schedules, and opportunities for training

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Active HHA or CNA certification preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Reliable transportation is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful social engagement
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Provide medication reminders
• Accompany clients to appointments or activities when appropriate
• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and office staff

We are currently seeking an Italian-speaking caregiver to join our growing team and provide high-quality care and companionship to our clients. Schedule: 8:30am - 3:30pm or 9am - 4pm (Mon- Friday)

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (as needed)
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Provide medication reminders
• Accompany clients to appointments or activities when appropriate
