Job summary

SYNERGY Home Care of Clifton-Secaucus is seeking a compassionate caregiver who speaks Portuguese or Spanish and English to join our team as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). The role offers a rewarding opportunity to support seniors in their homes with companionship and daily living assistance.

You will provide personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders, while coordinating with clients, families, and our office staff to ensure

• Must be fluent in either Portuguese or Spanish and English.
• Active HHA or CNA certification preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Reliable transportation is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful social engagement.
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (as needed).
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Accompany clients to appointments or activities when appropriate.

We are currently seeking an Portuguese or Spanish-speaking caregiver to join our growing team and provide high-quality care and companionship to our clients.

Schedule:

12pm - 4pm (Mon- Friday)

Weekends (Sat/Sun)

Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and meaningful social engagement
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (as needed)
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Provide medication reminders
• Accompany clients to appointments or activities when appropriate
