Job summary

Right at Home is seeking compassionate, Spanish-speaking caregivers for PCA, CNA, and HHA roles with flexible shifts in-home or at senior living communities. Right at Home emphasizes quality of life, with training, support, competitive weekly pay, and benefits for both full-time and part-time positions.

Locations include Temecula Valley and North County SD, with Escondido among the service areas. We offer a family-like environment, weekend/overnight shifts, and direct deposit for weekly pay.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English; bilingual a plus.
• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Minimum six months caregiving experience; family member care counts.
• Experience with dementia, hospice, or facilities is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to and from shifts.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of car insurance.
• Must be able to pass a full employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with showering, bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, and toileting.
• Assisting with transferring/moving the client within the home.
• Performing household tasks: vacuuming, dusting, sweeping/mopping, dishes, laundry, bathroom cleaning.
• Preparing nutritious meals and snacks.
• Providing transportation and accompanying clients to errands or appointments.
• Dementia care and companionship activities.
• Medication reminders and range of motion support.
