Right at Home is hiring caregivers to provide compassionate in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities. You will help with daily living tasks, offer companionship, and support activities to enhance quality of life within clients\' homes.

Positions offer flexible shifts, weekly pay, and ongoing paid training. A valid driver\'s license and the ability to lift 50 lbs are required; CNA/HHA/PCA certs are preferred. Our team values empathy, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English as required.
• Lift at least 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• CNA/HHA/PCA certification preferred but not required.
• Background check required.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-home care to seniors and adults with disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities and companionship.
• Light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands as needed.
• Use a mobile app to clock in/out and track visits.
• Build trusting relationships with clients and families.
