Job summary

Right at Home is seeking compassionate caregivers for full‑time and part‑time in‑home assignments across Temecula Valley and North County SD, including San Marcos. Flexible shifts (mornings, days, overnights, weekdays, weekends) and weekly pay with direct deposit offered.

Training provided, plus competitive benefits and 24/7 scheduling support. Responsibilities include personal care, light housework, meal prep, transportation, dementia care, companionship, medication reminders, and mobility

Qualifications

18 years of age.
Must read, write, speak, and understand English; bilingual a plus.
Preferably one year of caregiving experience, but no less than six months. Caring for family counts; training available.
Experience with dementia, hospice, or facilities is a plus.
Reliable transportation to and from each shift; valid driver’s license and proof of car insurance.
Able to pass a full employment background check.

Responsibilities

Assisting with showering, bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, and toileting.
Assisting with transferring/moving client within the home.
Performing household tasks: vacuuming, dusting, sweeping/mopping, dishes, laundry, cleaning bathroom.
Preparing meals and snacks.
Providing transportation and accompanying clients on errands/appointments.
Dementia care and companionship activities.
Medication reminders
Assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises.
