Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is a small, mission-driven agency providing evidence-based ABA services. We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join as a remote-per-diem role with autonomy and growth potential.

You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise Technicians, and collaborate with families to drive client progress while maintaining ethical documentation. Remote option supports flexible scheduling and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Bilingual Spanish language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP).
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support client progress.
• Maintain documentation that meets clinical and ethical standards.

Compensation:

• $75–$100/hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans

• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians
