Imagination ABA Therapy seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and oversee ABA programs in a flexible, per diem structure. You will develop individualized treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• No prior experience in home-based or community ABA services required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP).
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support client progress.
• Maintain documentation that meets clinical and ethical standards.
