Job summary

Little Champs ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing Utah team. We provide supportive supervision from BCBA supervisors and offer opportunities to develop at your own pace in a locally owned setting.

RBTs deliver ABA therapy to clients across home, school, and community environments, aiming to enhance daily living and communication skills while maintaining data-driven practices. The role offers part-time and full-time hours, with Spanish-speaking preferred.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluency in Spanish required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with individuals with disabilities.
• Desire to learn and work independently at times.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy directly to clients in homes, schools, or community settings.
• Help learners gain life skills to increase independence.
• Teach communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques.
• Collect accurate data and write session notes for BCBA review.
• Attend scheduled sessions reliably.
• Participate in ongoing training.

Hourly Wages:

$25 - $32/hour

Qualifications & Skills:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (required)

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Fluency in Spanish (required)

Duties of the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly to clients of varying ages in a variety of settings, including the client’s home, school, and/or community.

• Help learners gain life skills that will increase their independence (e.g., communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play skills, vocational skills).

• Teach learners new communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.

• Collect accurate data and meet data collection requirements for services provided, as well as write detailed session notes to inform decisions made by BCBAs.

• Reliably attend scheduled sessions.

• Participate in ongoing training.
