Job summary

Centria Autism in Snellville, GA is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism under the guidance of a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training, emphasize teamwork, and offer competitive pay of $19-$25 per hour. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and meet physical requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR and First Aid certification and TB test (within last year).
• Pass pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.
