Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a licensed BCBA to join our team delivering in-home, school-based, and center-based ABA services to children with autism. The BCBA will design and implement individualized treatment plans and supervise direct clinical services.

The ideal candidate has a Master's in ABA, BCBA certification or eligibility, at least 1 year of BCBA/BCaBA experience, and strong Spanish language skills.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field is required.
BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for the BCBA exam.
At least 1 year of experience as BCBA or BCaBA.
Spanish language proficiency (verbal and written) required.
Willingness to travel up to 25% (preferred).

Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism.
Provide direct clinical services, including coaching, training, and support for parents and caregivers.
Collaborate with psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists.
Conduct assessments to identify strengths and needs.
Develop and implement behavioral intervention plans for target behaviors.
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
