The MSPCA-Angell at Nevins Farm in Methuen, MA is hiring Animal Welfare Specialists for a full-time 40-hour week with required weekend days. You will work hands-on with multiple species, assist with adoptions, and help in compassionate animal surrender processes.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or client care experience.
• Spanish proficiency encouraged.
• Previous animal care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on with animals across companion, equine, and farm species, including feeding, cleaning, enrichment, exercise, and medication administration.
• Facilitate adoptions by matching animals with prospective adopters to identify the best outcomes.
• Assist in humane surrender of animals with empathy and without judgment.
