Fluency in Spanish is required, with bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred. Prior preschool experience and strong communication with families are essential to support a nurturing early childhood environment.

Requirements:

• Associate's (AA) or Bachelor's (BA) degree required — preferably in Early Childhood Education or related field

• Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices
• Patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic demeanor with young children
