Job summary

Alignerr, powered by Labelbox, is seeking a Spanish Localization Specialist to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on Spanish content. You will shape how AI understands and communicates in Spanish across regional varieties, with a fully remote, hourly commitment.

You will review AI-generated Spanish material for tone and regional accuracy, provide actionable feedback, and work asynchronously on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Spanish.
• Strong written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Deep understanding of regional Spanish variants (Latin American, Castilian, etc.).
• Experience adapting or evaluating content for Spanish-speaking audiences.
• Comfortable evaluating written language quality at scale.
• Attention to detail and consistency.
• No prior AI experience required.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated Spanish content for tone, register, and regional appropriateness.
• Identify localization issues involving idioms, regional usage, and formality levels.

About The Role

We're looking for Spanish localization specialists to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on Spanish-language content. Your linguistic insight will directly shape how AI understands, generates, and communicates in Spanish — making a real impact across one of the world's most widely spoken languages and its many regional varieties.

• Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
