About The Role

We're looking for Spanish localization specialists to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on Spanish-language content. Your linguistic insight will directly shape how AI understands, generates, and communicates in Spanish - making a real impact across one of the world's most widely spoken languages and its many regional varieties.

• Location: Remote
• Commitment: 10-40 hours/week

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated Spanish content for tone, register, and regional appropriateness
• Identify localization issues involving idioms, regional usage, and formality levels
• Suggest culturally appropriate alternatives to improve naturalness and relevance
• Flag mistranslations, unnatural phrasing, and cultural mismatches
• Provide structured, actionable feedback to improve overall localization quality
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Native or near-native fluency in Spanish
• Strong written communication skills in both Spanish and English
• Deep understanding of regional Spanish variants (Latin American, Castilian, etc.)
• Experience adapting or evaluating content for Spanish-speaking audiences
• Comfortable evaluating written language quality at scale
• Attention to detail and consistency
• No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience in translation, localization, or content adaptation
• Familiarity with AI or language evaluation workflows
• Knowledge of multiple Spanish regional dialects and their nuances
